Cannes Film Festival 2017: Mallika Sherawat Looks Elegant On Opening Night
Mallika Sherawat has truly left behind her dare-to-bare antics and this time the Indian bombshell chose an elegant number by Georges Hobeika for her outing on the French Riviera
Mallika Sherawat has finally got it right. After years of barely-there outfits and then some dowdy numbers, the Indian actress made an appearance on the opening night of the Cannes Film Festival 2017 in a gorgeous embellished gown by Lebanese designer Georges Hobeika.
The 40-year-old looked ravishing in the embellished ivory gown which showed off her beautiful shoulders and statuesque figure.

She shared her look on Twitter and captioned it: "Opening night Festival Cannes. Georges Hobeika. Red carpet. Cannes 2017.”
The Murder actress paired the beautiful gown with a dark lip and wacy hair. Her make-up was by Dior, and she wore subtle jewels by French label Messika. Mallika also shared a short video of herself from the festival's red carpet, where she is seen posing for the shutterbugs, while the photographers call out her name.

Mallika was not the only Indian beauty walking the red carpet on opening night. Deepika Padukone wore a sheer Marchesa number for her big outing.
Deepika is attending the festival as the face of international cosmetics giant L’Oreal and will join other Indian stars like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor and Freida Pinto at the festival.
